BEAVERTON, Ore. – Beaverton is welcoming a new multicultural shopping experience to Old Town! The Beaverton Night Market Bazaar will provide a unique downtown shopping destination open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between November 30 and December 22.
The bazaar will feature one-of-a-kind arts and craft merchandise from nearly 30 emerging small business owners representing cultures across the world.
Beaverton Night Market Bazaar will be held at the Bank of Beaverton Building (formerly the Arthur Murray Dance Studio) at 4500 SW Watson Avenue. The building is a key location planned for redevelopment as part of Beaverton’s vibrant downtown transformation with new area shops and dining options. The bazaar provides a seasonal use to activate the space while redevelopment plans proceed.
The bazaar is a winter extension of our successful Beaverton Night Market event reminiscent of international night markets. The Beaverton Night Market Bazaar expands on the event’s existing goal of providing economic opportunity for participating vendors by creating an additional venue for exposure and sales.
In addition to the unique shopping opportunities, the bazaar will also feature programming that fosters a space for cross-cultural exchange and interaction, such as music, storytelling, craft-making and children’s programming.
Admission to the bazaar is free. Cash and credit cards will be accepted for merchandise purchases.
