BEAVERTON, Ore. – Are you looking for ways to get involved and make a difference in your community? Don’t miss the Beaverton Volunteer Fair on Saturday, Mar.17, 2018! This free event is an opportunity for the community to learn about and get involved with more than 40 local non-profits and groups in the area.
With organizations who work with youth, protect the environment, care for animals, help with homelessness and more, there’s an opportunity for everyone. Organizations will share their stories and engage with the community, showcasing their volunteer opportunities and needs. Attendees will have the chance to talk with organizations, gain more information, and sign up for volunteer roles. Attendees will also have the chance to win raffle prizes! Refreshments will be provided by local businesses. The event takes place on Saturday, Mar. 17, 2018 from 10 am to 1 pm at the Beaverton City Library located at 12375 SW 5th St. in the Cathy Stanton Room and Meeting Rooms A and B.
